1 – After downloading the application, you must click on “Access”;
2 – Then, fill in your CPF and your CAIXA password if you already have one for one of the other CAIXA applications (FGTS, Housing and Worker);
3 – If you do not yet have the other applications above, you must register again by clicking on the “Register” option;
4 – To register again, you must provide your personal data, such as:
CPF, full name, date of birth and valid email;
5 – Create a password, click on the “I’m not a robot” option and select the requested images;
Your password must meet certain criteria:
It must be numeric, have at least 6 digits and cannot be the same as the CPF or date of birth.
6 – After these steps, access the email provided and look for the email sent by logincaixa@caixa.gov.br;
7 – Open the message and click on the “Link to verify email address”;
8 – Click on “Confirm”;
9 – Now just open the Auxílio Brasil application and enter your CPF and password to access the benefit information.
