How 2021 Emergency Aid works

According to the program's new guidelines, only one member of the registered family can receive Emergency Aid in 2021.

The portion will be divided as follows: for female heads of households, an amount of approximately R$ 375.00 will be made available.

For those who are part of a low-income family and live alone, it is possible to receive around R$ 150.00.

For self-employed and informal workers, and also micro-entrepreneurs, they will be entitled to receive an amount of R$ 250.00.

However, to receive the aid, the citizen must be over 18 years old, not have a permanent job and their income must be a maximum of half the minimum wage. Also remember that you cannot have someone in your family who earns more than three minimum wages.
