There, there are daily self-knowledge sessions to take care of not only anxiety but also other issues such as stress, self-esteem, insecurity, depression, focus, attitude, relationships and many others.

The application also offers constant and scientifically validated tests for you to monitor your emotional state and know how your evolution is going, as well as guided meditation sessions, an emotional diary to write down your good and bad moments and think about what you have learned about everything. Calm has meditation sessions and nature sounds to offer relaxation to people.
Calm's goal is to offer less stress, less anxiety and more sleep to users, with meditations, breathing exercises and relaxing music and lots of nature sounds.
