FGTS: Find out how to check your balance

Through the application, you can find out information about your FGTS balance, upload documents, transfer amounts to other bank accounts and also find out if your FGTS is available for withdrawal. To use the application, simply download and register.

Entering your full name, CPF, date of birth, email and password. When you first log in, you will need to answer some questions about your working life to confirm whether you are eligible to receive the FGTS, for example. A link will then be sent to your email confirming your details. Just access the link, log in to the app and check your balance on your cell phone

How to check your FGTS balance on the website without having to use the app, just access the Caixa website and go to the FGTS page, where you can take a statement and check your balance. To check it, just click on “Access my account” and provide your details. You can then access the menu and click on the option to withdraw a statement from your account, wait until the file is available for download and check the value of the FGTS balance.
